Title: Calling the (i)Sync Gods

What is the easiest, least painful way to move data from Entourage to the Apple Address Book and iCal to iSync with my new Sony Ericsson T68i Bluetooth phone.  Are there any scripts?  And finally is there any way to iSync the phone directly to Entourage?
