No, rules that involve automatic replies can only include new message, not the original text. However, you could set the rule to run an AppleScript that would reply with your new text along with the quoted message. Sorry I can't provide one, but perhaps one of the experienced script writers on this list (you know who you are) would be willing to write one up for you.
