Here are a couple of answers given earlier (if you had searched the archives
for "4361" you'd have found these):

When you first attempted to rebuild, Entourage probably only partly
succeeded, with the resulting database being useless. However, your original
database should still be there in your identity folder, renamed "Old
Database". Find that file and make a copy of it to fall back to. Delete the
"newer" database file.

Then, try the advanced rebuild. That <may> work.

Also, try trashing your preferences files before the rebuild:

Preferences can be found in your user folder: Library: preferences:

The entire MS folder.
Home/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/

all com.Microsoft.*.plist

==========

Have you tried the archives of this list? Or the link at the Entourage
website at Mactopia? :

"Rebuild the Entourage database":
e.asp>

Those would be the places I would look. Some people did not get a solution,
but several hundreds or thousands have fixed this. Follow the guidelines in
the above article for removing the preferences files from the corrupted
Identity folder, and if necessary from System
Folder/Preferences/Microsoft/Entourage Preferences , give Entourage as much
memory as you have available on your computer when all other apps are
closed, make sure you have as much free space on your hard disk partition
where the Microsoft user data folder lives as the Main Identity folder
occupies (enough for the Messages, database files to be re-created and then
some) and try an Advanced Rebuild again.
