If you wanted to be really clever with AppleScript, you could have each of
your own (or others') scripts run by rules to run SpamSieve at the end, by
adding the following code to each script. This assumes that SpamSieve's
scripts are in the folder /Microsoft User Data Folder/Entourage Script Menu
Items/:

    set mudF to (path to MUD) as text
    set s to load script alias MUD & "Entourage Script Menu Items:Mark Junk
if Spam"
    run s
