One imperfect solution is to use the "Grab" utility from /Applications/Utilities. Use the selection method. For a calendar almost filling my 15 inch screen I had to use Page Set Up to print at 60% in landscape. This shows more of the text of each event than simply printing the Calendar window from Entourage.
