There should be only one. Remove them all, and the one you need will
reappear.

Multiple copies generally come from running multiple versions of Entourage
or other Office applications. Whenever you start an Office app, if the
Database Daemon is not running, it will start one up. The "extras" probably
aren't doing anything more harmful than slightly slowing down your startup,
and it does not harm to delete them.
