Send along an example. I'll bet it's either (1) the sender has mistyped
their email address and the "From" or "Reply-To" line is wrong, or (2) their
server has been misconfigured and in inserting a bad "From" or "Reply-To."
If there is a "Reply-To," is it different from the "From"? Carefully compare
"From" and "Reply-To" to the address you're typing onto the new message --
are they identical? (Remember, the part before the @ sign can be case
sensitive, but the part after is not supposed to be.)  Is there more than
one address in "Reply-To"? Entourage is VERY buggy in dealing with the
"Reply-To" field.
