I think you can do this through Entourage; I don't think it's possible
directly.  Open Entourage, then go to Entourage -> Switch Identity.  Create
a new identity.  Now, go to File -> Import.  Choose "Import information from
a program", then choose "Claris Organizer".  Continue the wizard, and it
should import them all in normally.

Now, export these contacts and import them into Address Book.  Check out FAQ

You can import them by either using the script, or by dragging them directly
into Address Book/using File -> Import -> vCards after dragging contacts
from Entourage to the Desktop.  I understand Paul Berkowitz is in the
process of releasing a script that will allow one to do this function in a
more complete fashion.
