If you are trying to transfer what’s in Entourage to the Palm, and are not concerned with preserving anything in the Palm, try setting the conduit to “Entourage overwrites handheld” for each type of data. It will revert back to synchronize after doing this once, I believe (check to be sure).

Also, before doing that, try deleting the Entourage hot sync data file that tries to keep track of the status of things; with a fresh start it should copy everything. The file can be found at:

file://localhost/Users/allenwatson/Documents/Palm/Users/Allen/Entourage%20Data/Entourage%20Storage

I am having difficulty synchronizing Entourage address book with a Palm m105 hand-me-down. The calendar synchronized correctly, but not the tasks, memos, or addresses. I did get the last seven days of address changes to transfer to the handheld, but nothing earlier.

I would appreciate any suggestions.
