I guess my problem with Fruit Menu was a conflict with something else
besides Entourage. I'm happy with MaxMenus...and LaunchBar, Keyboard
Maestro, and Drag Thing. And Ittec...

I liked FruitMenu, but didn't find it added much that I didn't have
elsewhere (I found much the same with WorkStrip X).
