Command-option drag it to
[OS X Hard Disk]/Users/[irving weissman]/Documents/ folder
to make an alias there. Double-click Entourage 2001 to start it up - it will start up Classic. (You can open System Events/Classic and check "Start Classic when you log in.")
If you end up in a new empty identity the fist time (I don't think you should, but you might) go to File/Switch Identity and you should see your familiar identity in the window that comes up. Switch to it. (You must have all Office apps closed to switch identities. I don't think Office Reminders will work in Classic anyway since there's no Control Strip.)
