One of my users is having an interesting issue. He's running a TiBook 1ghz w/ OS 10.2, 512MB ram. Somehow Entourage manages to delete all of yesterday's email. This happens everyday. There are no rules setup and he is simply viewing his inbox. The messages do not get moved to the 'Deleted Items' folder or anywhere else... they simply vanish. Every once in awhile one or two messages from yesterday will not get deleted. I've trashed his prefs, rebuild his database, and even re-installed Office w/ no luck fixing the problem. His account was an import from Eudora running on 9.2.2.
