I have 2 IMAP accounts and a couple of POP accounts that I check via Entourage. This results in 3 Inboxes, the two IMAP Inboxes and the Inbox for "On My Computer". I wanted to be able to view the contents of all the Inboxes at once much like Apple's Mail.app does, so I created a custom mail view with the following criteria:
Item Types: Messages Location: All Folders Criteria: Folder Is Inbox Folder Is INBOX (IMAP Account 1) Folder Is INBOX (IMAP Account 2) This works fine except that it seems to search through all my mail and folders to get the messages to display. This takes, on average, 12 to 13 seconds which is an awfully long time if you just want to glance at the mail in your Inbox (it appears it has to search through over 6300 items). I wish I could select multiple folders in the Location section of the custom view setup rather than "All Folders". That would speed it up considerably.
