Actually, it does, a little bit.  It tells me you are sending in Western
European.  Most messages, like this one you sent, have this header:
Content-type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"

For some reason, it had been switched (knowingly or unknowingly because of a
special character) to ISO-8859-1, which the replier then sent back to in the
same format.  I suggest one of you start a new thread using Unicode (Format
-> Character Set -> Unicode (UTF-8)), and continue it that way.  You
shouldn't have any other problems with character sets.
