I suggest you first apply the Office X 10.1.2 update to bring Entourage to
the latest version:

If that doesn't help, go to Tools -> Rules and make sure you don't have any
rules that involve actions of "Set Category Junk" or "Change Status Junk".
If you find ANY, delete them or at least change to "None".  If you continue
having problems, you could have corrupt rules.  Write down all of your rules
then trash the Rules file.  It's located here:
~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office X Identities/<Your Identity/Rules

Please note after doing so you'll need to re-create all of your rules.
