I think that each defrag utility has it's own metric for what the ideal defrag state is. Even changing profiles for Norton gives different values for defrag state. I'm not saying that Plus Optimizer is bad and Norton is good, they are two tools that do similar tasks, but two different ways. -- Glenn L.
