Title: Hotsynching takes very long time

Hi

I’m hotsynching between a Handspring Visor and Entourage X. I have a lot of data in Entourage (3843 contacts, 179 tasks, lots of calendar entries). Even if I make just a few changes, hotsyncing takes about 45 minutes.  Is there some way to speed this up? Some way to get it to just sync the changes that have been made (like my Retrospect backup program does incremental back up)?  Otherwise, this is almost unusable.  Thanks for your reply.
