Some may remember my complaints about EntourageX unsubscribing from an IMAP folder whenever I visited that folder, forcing me to subscribe to it again. I am happy to report that the cause of the problem has been found and solved. I had LiveSync turned on and that seems to be the culprit. I turned it off and things are working fine now.
I would also like to publicly thank Richard Kmieciak of Microsoft's Entourage team for helping me with this. He apparently saw my posting to this mailing list and contacted me back channel and offered to help track down the problem. I had a test account set up for him on the server that I use and he tested things reporting what he found. During this exchange, the light went on, as they say and I thought I would try the Live Sync and it worked. I am very grateful to Richard for his help and for taking time out of his schedule to help out.
