We have a section on the Help Page that might help solve the problem. <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/help/send_receive/crashes_hangs.html> Some of the errors sending & receiving seem to be a bug in Entourage talking to the server. One last thing to check is your login items in System Preferences. Make sure there is only one Microsoft database daemon.
