Kirk: I sent a VERY similar message to the list (and via the feedback address) on 9/25/01; several other list members replied to the message with similar sentiments. So the issue has been raised before; in fact, Entourage v.X hadn't even been released at that point. Entourage v.X exhibits the same sort of inconsistencies as Entourage 2001 did.
