You probably had the order previously set, before you selected Threaded View, by Date Sent (or Received) with newest at top. It usually re-sorts itself to oldest at top in Threaded view (so the first message, without the "Re:" is indeed the first message in the thread) but occasionally it screws up. > > - if I delete a collapsed thread... Just open all the threads by "Expand All" in the View Menu before you delete a thread. Then you can select "Collapse All" if you want.
