Paul, I think 35 folders for scripts is none too many! Indeed, not enough. Subfolders are counted. I have primary folders for Calendar, Contacts, Edit Text, Message Operations, New messages, and so on. Within Edit Text I have subfolders for Insert, Delete, and TextClippings (a set of my own scripts I'm developing), Cleanup, and TextSoap 3. If I had all the scripts in a single menu it would scroll endlessly!! The main reason I group into folders is to keep the menu fitting on a single screen, and not all of them do despite my efforts. In all, counting folders and scripts, I have 471 items in my Entourage Script Menu Items folder.
There is no way that could be used practically without grouping into folders. -- Microsoft MVP for Entourage/OE/Word (MVPs are volunteers) Allen Watson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Entourage FAQ site: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> AppleScripts for Outlook Express and Entourage: <http://members.thinkaccess.net/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/Scripts/> Entourage Help Pages: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> > From: Paul Berkowitz <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Reply-To: "Entourage:mac Talk" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Date: Thu, 20 Mar 2003 09:59:08 -0800 > To: Entourage Mac Talk <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Subject: Re: Too many folders > > On 3/20/03 9:46 AM, "Steve Sanz" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > >> I get the message "Too many folders in the Scripts Menu Items folder.
