When I march through the selection criteria to set up importing contacts from Palm Desktop 4.0 for Mac OS X into Entourage X, selecting "import from Program" allows me to select "Palm Desktop", but then when Entourage's search routine tries to find the appropriate file to import from, it finds only the iterations of Palm Desktop that are in the Classic environment. My data file for Palm Desktop is named "User Data", it's in the ~/Documents/Palm/Users/James S. Robertson folder, and it's named correctly, as User Data, but Entourage cannot seem to find it.
Trying to set up contacts import from a tab delimitted export from Palm Desktop looks possible but tedious, and some critical information (categories, in particular) looks as though it cannot survive the transfer. Anyone have any ideas?
