I am using Entourage for OSX, and just installed the office X 10.1.2. updater, followed by installing the handheld sync from microsoft.
I did follow the directions, and hot synced with the older version of Palm before installing Palm 4.0, and it went fine. I have a Palm 3xe. however, now, after following all of the instructions, it will not sync.
