I don't have PM installed currently, so all this is speculation... It's not clear what "working directory" you are supposed to be in when entering the commands. This is important because the commands as given use paths which are _relative_ to the current working directory. Try the command "locate kkill" or using the finder search to find the fully-qulaified path to the program, then replace the "./Library" notation with the fully-qualified path.
Also, check the capitalization of the commands -- it looks from your email like you used "./library..." instead of "./Library..."
