Put the list of recipients into a group list in Entourage's Address Book and call it, say, "blind recipients". That will allow you to see the list on your monitor. Unfortunately Entourage doesn't let you copy or print such address lists, but you can take a screen shot using that feature in the Mac OS. I haven't used OS 9 in a while, but I think the key strokes for a shot of a selected area of the screen is the same in both 9 and X: Command-Shift-4 See help for details.
