My friend finally installed OS X. She imported all her E'rage DB from Entourage 9, and is now facing a problem where none of the addresses in the address book will auto complete when composing a new email message.
She has to visit each address, click on a mail address field, then close the window for that address to become available to the auto-complete feature. She has not yet upgraded to 10.1.3 but is doing so now, although I'd be surprised if that fixed the problem. If it does not, is there a way to fix this problem short of exporting and re-importing? Perhaps write a script to run through all her email addresses and touch them somehow?
