George, thanks for trying to help! I have the Include Entire message box checked in the prefs. I did a rebuild (which I do a couple times a month).
I'm still seeing some messages in which the entire message is included and osme in which some but not all of the text is included...and some with none of the text included in the Reply or the Forward. I've noticed this in the past and just did a select all to get all the text included. Does anyone else see this behavior? I'm up to date on the latest version of Office X.
