Read my signature! MVPs are volunteers, not Microsoft employees. I have no idea what you are talking about when you speak of being unable to delete messages quickly. I just select all the messages I want to delete with Shift-click (contiguous) or Cmd-click (non-contiguous), and press Cmd-Delete. Gone.
