I really would not recommend sending only in HTML since then people with mail programs that don't display HTML (or people who voluntarily filter out/do not display HTML messages because of the junk mail problem) will not see the content in a useful form. Many companies offer subscribers the option to receive the content in a plain text form, and I'd recommend you do the same if you decide to send messages like this.
If you really want to create an HTML-only message, here's how: This feature has not been built into Entourage, however, you can do it if you use a script called "Send Complex HTML" by Paul Berkowitz. A Read Me is included with instructions on use - the most important thing is to ALWAYS use absolute references to the WWW, and never relative references. "Send Complex HTML" is a free download. Make sure you download the right version! <http://homepage.mac.com/berkowit28/> On 6/24/03 5:59 PM, "Mitch Lewis" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Our company would like to send out an announcement to our clients (we're an > advertising agency) and we'd like it to show up in HTML only.
