I'm unable to get the expected dialog box allowing me to rebuild the database when I start up Entourage X on Mac OS 10.2.6. I've quit all MS applications, including Notifications, and hold the Option key down when starting up Entourage, but Entourage loads as normal, with no dialog box asking if I want to rebuild the database. What am I doing wrong?
