(Using Entourage X)

My previous identity was malfunctioning so I just had to create a new identity. Had to reset preferences, etc. You folks solved a problem some time ago, it's reoccurring with the new settings, and I can't find the answer you previously provided. Thank you for your reply again.  The problem, I send an email with quotation marks - "X". When someone replies, it comes back - �X�. How can I fix this?
