Actually Entourage has this feature built in. It's not as robust as Digest Viewer, but it works reasonable well on most digests I read. There is an occasionally format that Entourage doesn't "burst" well. Just set up a rule with the function called "Burst" and pick a folder to send it to. Other than that I don't think there are any options in OS X right now. Maybe someone else knows what 3rd party digest viewers are out there?
