Entourage doesn't have that feature built in.  For sending messages at
specific times, there are AppleScripts that will do that, one called
"Postpone/Delayed Send" from Bryan Harris, and another called "Delayed Send"
from Paul Berkowitz.  You can get both free from ScriptBuilders @
MacScripter.net.
