Take that seriously. Under OS X there is really no good reason NOT to have Entourage open all the time. Then, you could easily have scripts available on the Apple Scripts menu that would create a new task/event/contact for you, leaving Entourage in the background if you prefer. The script would have to prompt for all the necessary fields...and that might best be done with something like AppleScript Studio that could display a set of fields to be filled out or checkboxes to be checked. Still not trivial...even with Entourage open. -- Microsoft MVP for Entourage/OE/Word (MVPs are volunteers) Allen Watson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Entourage FAQ site: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> AppleScripts for Outlook Express and Entourage: <http://members.thinkaccess.net/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/Scripts/> Entourage Help Pages: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
