Without invoking an AppleScript, I can't think of any way to do it with
rules. A script could check to see if the "content" of the message was equal
to "", and if so, delete the message. I'm not entirely sure, without looking
at an example, that the content of the message would really be nothing, or
if it would contain some reference to the image.
