This brings up a pet peeve of mine; that there is no simple "find and
replace" functionality in Entourage.

For example, I manually use a particular character as a separator in the
titles of calendar events.

Recently, for reasons which are irrelevant to this discussion, I wanted to
change that character globally.

Unfortunately, since there was no "Find and Replace" function in Entourage,
I had to write a one-time-use AppleScript.

I have sent feedback to the Entourage team via the appropriate mechanisms,
and would encourage others who would like to see this functionality to do
the same.
