I've checked all my fonts with a font utility, and all seem to be OK. It's
clearly an issue with Entourage -- here's a picture:

The first line is the normal type for outgoing messages (monospaced); the
subsequent lines were generated by copying the first line and then pasting.
As you can see, the text changes to a completely different font within the
same message. (The message shown is plain text, no style, no HTML.)

No, but it shouldn't matter even if I did -- if my default message format
was plain text, and my default font for plain text messages was Monaco, when
formatted text was pasted into a plain text message such formatting would be
stripped.
