Stuffit (including the freeware Stuffit Expander) has a prefs option which
will automatically sublaunch your preferred virus scanner program when a
file is decoded and/or uncompressed.  But the scan is not triggered when you
download (or copy to your HD) a file that does not need Stuffit processing.
