I have the same situation, except my other news server is Adelphia. However, there are three newsgroups on the Microsoft server that I find useful. You can find them by putting "mac" in the server's "find" box. They are monitored by Microsoft, and I get solutions to my questions in a very short time. Therefore I use both servers, and just go to the Microsoft groups when I have a question. Just a suggestion. It works for me.
