Title: Re: How do I turn off that damn jumping icon in my dock?
I have the same issue with the bouncing icon.  When I click on the yellow exclamation point it gives me hundreds of errors all relating to being unable to sync with the exchange server.  Any thoughts on why I am getting this error?  I seem to be working okay with the exchange server as far as I know.

It will jump up and down if there's a mail error (like "can't connect"): you
can't turn that behavior off. Is there a yellow exclamation mark icon in the
bottom right of the main window. Click it to see the error.
