The default "Snooze" time (invoked by just clicking the menu/button) of the
Office Notifications menu is apparently "5 minutes". This is the fourth item
from the top of the menu. When the Office Notifications window is up high
enough to open correctly, no menu item is selected at all. As someone else
noted, it's a bug in Mac OS X that does strange things with this type of
menu when it's positioned at the bottom edge of the monitor.
