Allen, what he means is that the Mac OS -- for years, and including OS X -- provides a standard way for applications to add their own options to Print dialogs. If you click on the options pop-up menu, many applications add their own menu item; selecting this menu item brings up application-specific options. For example, Microsoft's own Word has such a print options screen that is integrated into standard Print dialogs. It provides options for what to print within a document, and whether to print all pages or just odd or even pages. The extra print window for Entourage provides options for what to print, and headers and footers; these should clearly be provided within the standard Mac OS print dialog, rather than being presented in a separate print dialog. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
