I have several accounts with the receiving info the same, but the email address is different. This does not affect the default address. Open your contact info in the Address Book. Check your default address there. It could be a corrupt preference. I'm not exactly sure which preference stores the account info, but think it's in the Microsoft folder in Preferences. ~/Library/Preferences/com.microsoft.Entourage.plist ~/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/Entourage Preferences You could create a new User in System Preferences, log out/in to new test user. Open Entourage create your accounts, then test. Be sure to select "leave messages on server" so when you go back to your normal user the mail will be there to download into your regular identity. Mail you send will need to be cc to yourself for downloading. If it works there, then this definitely indicates corruption or problems in your regular user folder. -- Diane Ross MVP Entourage (MVPs are volunteers) Entourage Help Page <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
