On the very top of the MacTopia page for the 10.1.5 updater, it says:
This update addresses several stability issues with PowerPoint®, Excel, and Visual Basic for Applications for Office�v.�X.
Couldn't be clearer: nothing about Entourage or Word there, so they don't get updated. Excel, PPT and VBA files (in Office subfolder) get updated form 10.1.4. Not Entourage or Word. MS only changes the version numbers of individual files when they get changed, but provide a single "Office Updater" (thank goodness).

I have the same problem; I have run all updaters as they came out and I now have:
Entourage 10.1.4 (030702)
Excel 10.1.5 (030814)
Power Point 10.1.5 (030814)
Word 10.1.4 (030701)
I noticed this last week after I ran 10.1.5 and ran it again, but same results. This is the log for 10.1.5 and it says nothing about Entourage and Word:
