If you know in advance that you are making an event for a different time zone, you can set the time zone in Options and there will be no problem when you get there. If you don't know in advance that you will be changing time zones, how in the world is Entourage supposed to know it before you do? Events you make now, after resetting your time zone, will have no problems. The only problem you are having is with events made in the old time zone that didn't set the time zone, after you arrive in the new one. Now you know better than to do that again. If _all_ your event times were to change automatically when you changed time zones (as set in System Prefs), then all the events back home in the old time zone would change too. There are probably 10,000 - 100, 000 more people traveling than moving permanently. I don't think they'd like that very much - in fact I think that's how it worked in Entourage 2001 and people hated it. What do you think is the bug? -- Paul Berkowitz MVP Entourage Entourage FAQ Page: http://www.entourage.mvps.org/toc.html PLEASE always state which version of Entourage you are using - 2001 or X.
