There is no way to make Entourage do it without the Entourage 2001 CD. If
you can find a friend who has one you can borrow, that's your free option.

Otherwise, you'll need to get Paul Berkowitz's "Export-Import Entourage"
scripts (shareware for $), at www.macscripter.net.
