Further tip: After Cmd-Shift-M, if you type a few characters, Entourage
selects the first folder starting with those letters, e.g., "fr" to get the
Friends folder (if you have one). Then, tap the Return key to move the
message into that folder.

It goes really quick: Cmd-Shift-M, "fr" (or whatever), Return.
