Other's have suggested the "Save as Web Page" method, which works fairly
well (apart from the fact that if you select the "Open saved page in web
browser" option it insists on using IE instead of your chosen browser ;-) ).

Another option is to use iCal:

1) Launch iCal an select Import from the File menu.
2) Choose "Import Entourage data" and click the Import button.
3) After the import is complete, click on the imported Entourage calendar,
and select Publish from the Calendar menu.

You can publish to iDisk or to a Web site; once the calendar has been
published, iCal gives you the URL of the published site. If you're curious
what it looks like, here's an example:

<http://ical.mac.com/frakes/TestCalendar>

I think these look a bit better; the only drawback is that you seem to be
required to publish the entire calendar (i.e., you can't choose just a
specific range of dates, as you can with Entourage's "Save as Web Page"
option).
