It's where it should be; > i.e., ~/documents/Microsoft User Data/Office X Identities/Main Identity Don't drag over the Microsoft User Data folder, but let Entourage create the folder on the new machine. The MUD folder will contain the Office X Identities folder. Now drag over the Main Identity and place it in the Office X Identities folder. Be sure to rename the old identity folder if you have used the new main identity so it won't be replaced.
